The role 

This is a newly created role due to continued expansion of the business. We are looking for a switched individual, who can lead a small team and be responsible for motivating, coaching, training and directing the team. The successful candidate would also have hands on involvement collecting debt on behalf of our clients. This is a full time position (40 hours per week) based in Feilding. As a part of MW LASS leadership group you will have a part to play in shaping the future of Debt Management Central

About you

  • Ability to lead a successful team of established information professionals, providing support, advice and training opportunities
  • Knowledge of debt recovery and relevant NZ Legislation
  • Open and transparent communication with internal and external clients
  • Foster and build upon significant council, public and professional relationships
  • Highly organised, logical and analytical thinker
  • Able to work effectively without supervision
  • Experienced in the leading, coaching, motivating and development of team members would be advantageous
  • Strategic thinker
  • Be computer literate, proficient with MS Office
  • Have a great personality to contribute to the current shared services team
