The role 

Are you passionate about helping people resolve digital issues, improving service delivery, and supporting systems that make a real difference? We’re looking for an Information Services Coordinator to be the central point of contact for all digital service requests across both our Information Technology and Information Management teams.

In this 12 month fixed term, full time role, you’ll be the first to receive and triage incoming requests and incidents, providing friendly, efficient support for Level 1 issues such as user access, software installations, account setup, and basic troubleshooting. More complex requests will be escalated to the appropriate technical teams but you’ll keep users informed every step of the way, ensuring smooth, transparent service delivery.

About you 

You’re customer-focused, solutions-driven, and great at building strong working relationships. You’ll bring experience managing digital service requests or support tickets in either an IT or Information Management environment, and ideally be familiar with ITIL-based service delivery models.

You’ll be confident resolving Level 1 issues such as password resets, account changes, access requests, and basic troubleshooting. You’ll also be organised, proactive, and a strong communicator – someone who can explain digital processes clearly and helpfully to a wide range of users. Experience with service management tools, digital asset management, and working in a public sector or digital transformation environment would be a bonus.
