The role 

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with strong administrative and organisational skills to join our close-knit team. If you enjoy problem solving, working with people, and achieving positive outcomes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a fixed-term position (12 months), offering up to 40 hours per week, created to support our team during a period of increased legal requests, higher file volumes, and growing administrative demand.

This role is based at our office in Feilding and can be flexible with required hours and may suit a job share arrangement of two-part timers. The salary range is $54,688 to $64,339 per annum depending on relevant experience, based on a 40-hour week. This may be an ideal chance for a career change that fits around a new way of working.

About you

We are looking for someone who can show genuine empathy for customers while remaining focused on achieving a positive outcome. The right person will be able to manage customer relationships through to a successful resolution, learn quickly from each interaction, and continue to grow and develop within the role.  

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The capability to apply learnings / principles from one situation to another;
  • A high-level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask; 
  • Strong communication skills, backed up with excellent written and verbal skills;
  • Proficiency in Xero and advanced Microsoft Excel skills would be advantageous;
  • Loves working in a customer centric environment;
  • The ability to foster excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders; and
  • A great personality to contribute to the current shared services team.
